And once more, no protective material around the major part... attachment 1

As a result of that, the base for the rescue line mount was a bit out of its place... too much shaking of the box, moving around etc could result in more trouble for this part... attachment 2

You can see the line wheel under this base...and the hook that ends at the line. The line can be used for lifting or lowering a person at a designated area attachment 3!!!

The  stickers here are a bit tricky... I had a really hard time with placing the map sticker on the map card... attachment 1

..and the cockpit/windshield sticker was not easy either...you have to be extra carefull how you place it on the curvy surface!!! attachment 2

the instruments stickers are the easier to place!!! attachment 3 Still, i wish playmobil would make more colourful and detailed cockpits!! It would be nice to have a coloured console in there with lots of pretty lights  ;D...

I have no experience with playmobil helicopters, apart from the older, first editions like 3144 police helicopter or the yellow rescue helicopter, so I relly don't know if the rotor pin with the whole is new or not... attachment 1... this is actually present so you can tie a string and hang the helicopter from the ceiling!!!! very nice touch!!!

The tail rotor blade and pin are very similar to the older helicopters... attachment 2

...and finally, the megaphone and searchlight equipment in front of the skids make a great addition to this crime fighting unit  ;) attachment 3

Overall, a very well and carefully designed model!!! Appart form mixing up the klickies....

I had a picture of the helicopter hang from the rotor pin, and the officer hanging from the line but there was too much turbulence to keep a steady hand and the picture came out very shaken...I'll try to shoot it again later and show you!

Hope you enjoyed this review!!!  P)

Yes :yup:! I have several of the original 3908 type, but I like the new series, & blue & silver isn't going to work for me .
