Orangutans
« on: December 10, 2010, 18:01:41 »
So this is my orangutan exhibit. I finally ordered the treehouse, got it yesterday and went to work. Here is an overview (a little grainy. sorry  :-[)

Here's the baby swinging to the hammock:

The mama watching from up above:

A slightly better picture:

Lying in the nest:

There was a perfect place to put the orang nest; there was supposed to be a little platform here that I just switched out.

Hope you like it.  :hellol:

Thanks everyone! I think the orangs are so cute. I must admit that in years past I have written playmobil twice to ask for orangutans. I like to think they did it just for me.

Great exhibit Bonnie!!

Can't wait to start working on exhibits myself, have other priorities at the moment though.

They really look cute indeed. Happily swinging and curiously coming down through the hatch to see what is going on.

Thanks for sharing :-)

Yeah the treehouse is an add-on, and i took out the walls to make it more open, made the trees taller, added the nest, hammock, and vines. Glad you like it!
