Ambulance FDNY and other vehicles

Hello, I present my others vehicles of the department.
I have a two ambulance and command EMS car, one car of command and one engine (my first prototype).
Use leds and sound system.

Where do you get the lights? not the leds but los faros, y las sirenas? they are not playmo, right?
