Bronze statue
« on: November 26, 2010, 04:14:56 »
Well, this is my first attempt at making a bronze statue for my zoo. I used krylon fusion hammered copper paint, actually, but I kind of like the effect. What does everyone think?

Sorry for the poor quality of the pics.  :-[

Well done Bonnie! That brand of paint works great for PM projects :)9.
Forget about all of the other stuff,....all we need is the reintroduction of the 3526 Fire Engine!

Will it be decorating your zoo entrance or central square?

It's a great result, Bonnie. But it's too bad the groove between the two halves of the head and the body shows up so much. Maybe you should have filled it with resin before painting.(I know it's better to give any advice BEFORE).
Cheers,

Nice work, Bonnie.  It would look great at the centre of the zoo area.
