Excellent custom police vehicle! It looks like something directly from Playmobil!
  Forget about all of the other stuff,....all we need is the reintroduction of the 3526 Fire Engine!

Now that Gordon mentions it, it looks like they are reflecting too much light. So they might be!

it's adhesive Reflective tape
it is one of my customers who gave it to me, he is a policeman so it's easy for him to find it
