emma the women are beautiful, the men, ever so handsome, i love their "pants".  like everyone else i would love to see close-ups.  the purple color is particularly vibrant, like a purple satin perhaps.
when do you sleep?
kaeth

Sleep, whats that?????

I'm sort of lucky in a way I work mornings in my regular job and afternoons as a freelance gardener, so as winter is coming on I get a odd afternoon and my weekends free to just chill out and model. I'm so a bit of a night owl so I often work late in the evenings listing to audio books. If things go well I can have mad spurts of energy and manage to get a lot done, other times things can drag on for weeks. 8}

I've never been a friend to mix playmo with other stuff. " Ey, it's no Barbie!" You know what I mean? :glasses:

 But Emma, you changed my mind!  :)9
:wow: :wow: :wow:

BARBIE!!!! how dare you it's Sindy over here! I wouldn't really dress up most klickies but the Tudors were well known for the Bling, so I thought I could run wild with these. I can play with all the fancy ribbons and sparkly things now - oh so girly :-[

here's the first of some extra pictures of the backs of the ladies.

I would truly marry you sight unseen SIMPLY for your artistry!  I have no words worthy of your talent and vision, Emma.  I Love your creations so much!

I am curious, though, how much more fragile are they once they have been customized, compared to beforehand?  I face this same dilema when customizing playmoships, as the more ornate/realistic I customize the playmobil ship, then the less the ship can be tossed around and abused (and survive) as it was designed to do in its stock form.  Are all the accessories fastened securely like real clothes?  Or are some of the accessories perhaps glued on, making the figure more of a display-only type of figurine?  (Not that you'd have any reason to do much "action" type play with royal courtiers, who, in real life, pretty much do just stand around for "display" only, lol.

Regardless, Emma, I am bewildered by the beauty you instill with your creations.  Loving it very much.  Thank you for sharing with us!  :love: :love: :love:

This could cost you your fleet, I love my pirates and I've always wanted a complete collection!  ;)
Mmmmmmmmmmm  what possibilities! I would need to find a very understanding man to put up with my odd obsession  :lol:

Yes everything is glued on but I wouldn't want to just chuck them in a box, at the moment they're in a glass display cabinet until the new year when I can rebuild my mansion. The arms and heads move so they can be posed but like all ladies with big skirts they can't sit down and you'd ruin the effect if you took of their skirts, so only limited amount of play I'm afraid.

As to the ships you'll just have to take a look at mine over the weekend, I've jazzed up a galleon and I'll take pictures soon to show you. I think it depends on if you want to sail your boat for real or not as to how much you can customise it. Ask MacGayver about his ships I think they float and they are brillant customs.

whoa. Emma, you need your own fanclub! I know I'd join.  :lol:

thanks very much for the complement but I wouldn't have the time  :lol:  8} I'm afraid the closet I could get is if I get any followers on my blogsite!
