This weekend will be a little busy for me, outside, though, and maybe I'll only be able to post parts IIIa & IIIb next week

There's a sequence for the Acz story, which has to be shot yet ... I hope I'm getting to it, but people know me ... It's never too certain. Appearently, the Moirai conspire against my playmo-activities

But now I have knight smilies to guard me .. what could go wrong?

Supplies

The Acz is almost on the border line
between Tapia and the Plains of Degandorf,
which is western ally district of Moguntia.
Some peasants and villagers of Degandorf
used to go up to Murata frequently,
in the days of the Weekly Royal Fair.
The hill of the Acz is a shortcut for those
who go on foot from one village to the other.

Although the fortress can be held by two men, it is always better to
have four. In times of peace, though, it makes no great difference.
And maybe ...

Someone might approach unnoticed.

(Good thing not always it is a thief.)
This girl is making the way from Degandorf to Murata. She comes from
the east road.

Not many people come without cars, so usually this way ins't much used.
There's a broader way to the south, underhill. And they paved it, too,
in the Roman manner. But this passage over the Acz is a simple path.

One can't say he isn't surprised to realize that
someone approached from the east without any warnings.
Good thing it isn't a thief.

RUFON "Grof!", says with himself, "... The vegetable girl."



NARDO "Hello up there! Is anybody home?"
GUS "It's Nardo!"
MASTER BEL "The girl? So early? Good."



ROMEO "Miss Nardo, Welcome! Please, let me give you a hand!
NARDO "Why, thank you, Romeo ..."

NARDO "You shouldn't bother, actually ..."
ROMEO "Please, don't be modest, miss! I can handle this!"



GUS "Maid Nardo, it's always a pleasure to see you."
NARDO "Why, thank you, Gus. You're so kind, as usual."
ROMEO "(Grunf)"



NARDO "Good day, Master Bel, sir. I have brought you some supplies."
MASTER BEL "Well, that's great, lass. We're very grateful for your diligence."

NARDO "And how have your days been, sire?"
MASTER BEL "We don't have much news up here, I got to say ... So, everything is fine, all right."



MASTER BEL "I still have cheese, and the honey you brought last time. Thank you for the bread. We were lacking bread."
NARDO "And I have brought you something else, too, sire ..."



NARDO "Apples."
MASTER BEL "Oh, good, good! I appreciate that, lassie! Thank you very much."
NARDO "Oh, not at all, sire!"

MASTER BEL "Is there anything we can do for you, lass?"
NARDO "Don't bother sire, I'll walk ahead, see a cousin in Murata, spend a few days there, actually. Bye! See you next week, I hope."
MASTER BEL "Good-bye. Thank you, lass. Go in peace, and take care."
ROMEO "Here, miss, let me help you come down."



NARDO "Thanks, Romeo ... The basket is empty, now. I can do it myself. But thanks for your attention, sir. Bye-bye everyone!"
MASTER BEL "Go in peace, lassie! Mind the wolves!"
GUS "Good-bye, miss."
(RUFON "(hof!)")
ROMEO "Bye-bye! ..."



GUS "Now that the flower is gone, Romeo, would you care to attend back to your empty watch post?"
ROMEO "(Humpf!)"
