No, they don't. Only the numbers, nothing else.
I know that some boards systems (Proboards? ) allow the admin to view who is doing what to whom, but not this one.

Are the biker tops from the German police dog handler?

I'm not sure which set they came from, but they are definitely police jackets. I think David bought some figs loose on eBay to make those customs. I like them too.
