Do you know how to CLONE the playmobil parts?

Some of the parts are discountinued, like those from the Victorian period, or kind of not reasonably priced ordering from DS in huge amount (like the cuffs). Do you think it would be cool if we can clone them? Would this kill the fun? For me, though I only use original parts from Geobra, I think this can be a very good method to get some rare parts~~! What do you guys think??

There are lots of methods to reproduce parts but it evolves a lot of handcrafting and skills with tools and material... Macgayverplaymobil has some interesting technics on his webpage but there are also instructions on other forums as well.

Personally, I cannot get in the process!! I admire their job but cannot do it myself!

I cant even begin to try that out...
It would be cool, and useful, but I just cant do it.
Partially it is because I am just too lazy...
And partially because I am simply over-blown with all the stuff you need,
And all the steps you must take.

After you make the mold it isn't so hard,
But I have no idea where to find any of the materials!
