It's an archive of the old Playmobil websites.

It may not be complete, I don't know, but by working through the different years you can see how the site changed.

Stop moaning  :D

I'd rather still have this website ... and that year's stock  ;)

True. The Romans were great, as were some specials and a number of sets from the pirates theme.  :)

Sorry folks, but I'm getting confused!

What is the problem?

The link takes you to an archive which has on the Playmobil websites back to 1996.

The whole site isn't always there, but there are parts of the sites.

Here's an interesting page from 1996:

http://web.archive.org/web/19970221053059/www.playmobil.de/Toys/Product.html

If you click on the link Current number of Playmobil figures, it tells you how many figures were produced from 1974 to 31st October 1996

Go back and go to the bottom of the page and click on Continue and it takes you on to a page showing the main product groups, Playmobil, 123, and the dollshouse.

Click on the dollshouse link in pale blue at the bottom of the page and Damo should be in his element, look:

http://web.archive.org/web/19970221054554/www.playmobil.de/Dollhouse/Big/5314.html

When you click on a link which no longer goes through to a page, you get this message:

http://web.archive.org/web/20100820142539/http://www.playmobil.de/Toys/Play.map?194,197

There seems to be a problem with the original link.  I think it's gone corrupt.  I'll try and find another version.

Try this link:

http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.playmobil.de

Copy it all except the [url] at the beginning and end.

Paste it into your browser and then hit return.
