when i first saw it i loved it but when i bought it and putted it together it was a disapointment if the battery holder didn't exist it would look better i bought it a year ago when it came up but i rememberd it and i thought to do a poll  so what do you think??

Saddly all these newer sets, trying to ressurect older ones, are generaly a dissapointment... But I do like it nevertheless.
 To tell the truth, no matter how well they try to make it its nothing compared to the good old 5551 victorian piano!!!

 yes for sure i don't think they try to  ressurect an old set in this case it doesen't have anything to do with the old piano ,they  made a new piano  ;)

I gave the victorian piano set to an old girlfriend in college.  What the $%&# was I thinking!  I want it back!

I've only ever seen Liberace play a white piano, and even he didn't play one all the time.

I'd far rather have a black grand piano, or better the black upright piano reproduced. That is a classic and fits equally well in a Victorian Drawing Room and a Western Saloon. Comne to think of it, since they've killed both the Victorian and Western themes for now, maybe that's why we can't have the classic black upright piano.  :'(

HI

I do like the white grand piano and see it as quite elegant and it fits very nicely with the theme it was intended for. If it were in black it would have looked out of place in the wedding theme that has a lot of appropriate white elements to it. If i need the black upright one I can find many on an auction site for around $20 if I am patient. I much rather playmobil produce something we do not have yet and if you really do not like its whiteness you could always paint it.

So my vote goes to "Yes, I like it"

i have two of the old victorian pianos, and i love them.  this new piano is ok, for style, but i hate the color.  no one has a white grand piano except for possibly stage entertainment.  has anyone painted this one black or brown?  is the music mechanism the same as the original victorian piano?

I have it, although I'm not sure why I bought it.  Impulse purchase, I guess.  I like it a little.  I found the music won't play unless you press the keyboard a certain way.  The keyboard response is a bit too finicky for me.
