I like it!  :)

Especially cool is that the interior of the plane is redesigned for the transport of in-patients back to their home-country.
I expect the plane to be quite narrow for this purpose but this just so nice to have...  :love:

But as I am only interested in the plane and the red car: Anyone interested in the remainings of this mega-set?   8-)

I want the tow truck, helicopter, & service car. They are not available here in the USA.
