Ow, I think it will be exclusive to Germany only.

I think I am going to Germany later this year. Hmmm

I bet Nuremburg guards are no match for good old ironfist Goetz. Five Goetzes should be enough to keep them out of my modest steck castle.

May I ask is that sword new?? :o

The sword in this exclusive set?

No, it's a very old style not used much anymore. It's the shape the original 1974 knights' swords were, but they had a chrome finish.

This looks like a very interesting based on a very interesting man.

I've never seen that feather in white before.  Is the crossbow a new design?

I think this sword appeared for the first time in 3291 set in 1977, previous to that the sword was shorter , still chrome and with rounded edges above the handle... :)

Hi Justindo,

I think the white feather is new, as is the printing on his banner. I'd love to get my hands on one of these sets if only for those two parts.

So far as I can tell, the crossbow is the standard one. But people in previous posts in this thread have discussed whether the box front photo has the crossbow photoshopped into place -- I think the consensus is that it probably was.

Cheers,

AndrewL

But I dont like that he doesn't have a shield. ???
Maybe I can find one for him to use.
