I have bought a lot of billys through the years and they were fine. We have them filled with lots of heavy books, almost no bending. Quality is fine. Although the newest one is some 10 years old by now.
The do not travel wel, though. We threw some out after moving house a couple of times. The became wobly.
Yes, they do that in Hong Kong. Since not many people here got their own professional tools. I guess the closest thing we have is a screwdriver
