I keep looking at it and spotting new things - is that a custom Playmobil ashphalt layer, or is it just a scale model
The road and stone edging and sand - it's all just so cool!!!

in France, there was a film called "the cow and the prisoner"
the police cow is a small nod to the classic French cinema

I missed this topic at first, so thanks to flatcat for mentioning it.
That is an awesome layout, wonderfully detailed and great customs.
I missed the police cow, too, first time looking!

Missed this first time too- Unbelievable set up- love what you did with the roads, think I'll try the pebbles along the edge next time I switch my set up to the modern theme.

What a wonderful display
- as everyone else has said, so much to see.
I love the pebbles at the side of the road and the soil/stones used for the field with the tractors. It must have taken ages to set up.
