Welcome to Miss Charlotte's Autumn Fashion Boutique !

After thanking the Victorian street children for their hard work with a delicious breakfast and a pair of brand new outfits for Christmas each, Miss Charlotte proudly put her little opening times signs outside her boutique.

Like all designers she was hoping that her Autumn Collection would be appreciated by her customers and let's just say that the opening day did not disappoint as her little boutique welcomed some of the most distinguished Ladies of her time all accompanied by their favourite pooches and all incredibly stylish & fashionable of course

Needless to say that Miss Charlotte and her Maid Alice were rushed off their feet all day looking after these very demanding Ladies !

Miss Cora Pearl a famous Victorian stage actress & courtesan who came in her pretty 2 seater sportscar bearing her initial "C" with her beloved dog "Squire"

Miss Lillie Langtry a famous Victorian socialite & stage actress who came in her pretty 2 seater sportscar with her beloved dogs "Harold" & "Byron"

Mrs Bertha Russell a famous New York socialite who came in her chauffeur driven Rolls Royce with her beloved dog "Apple"

Miss Mabel Love the most celebrated stage beauty of her time accompanied by her beloved dog "Polly"

The opening day of her little boutique had been a great success well beyond her expectations and with an ordering book filled up to Christmas Miss Charlotte had a lot of work ahead of her !

But as the sun was setting on Regent St, time had come for her to enjoy a well deserved cup of tea and few yummy treats as she watched the autumn leaves swirl in front of her little boutique

Good morning dear Friends

I hope that you are all well.

Here in London summer came to an abrupt end by mid August so we can safely say that we are in autumn for the past month and a half to the great disappointment of optimistics like myself who were still dreaming of a late Indian summer...

But Autumn is of course celebrated in my idyllic little Regent St where Mrs Applepie, patissiere extraordinaire is putting the finishing touches to her many seasonal delights before the opening day of her little patisserie.

She started her baking extravaganza with a delicious fruit tart with apples from her garden followed by the traditional US Thanksgiving dessert the pumpkin pie

Welcome to Mrs Applepie's Autumn little Cottage !

On this crisp and sunny autumn morning, Mrs Applepie enjoyed baking a feast in her little cottage that continued with making delicious maple syrup glazed pumpkin donuts as well as chocolate glazed ones and yummy tartlets.

As she proudly contemplated her Autumn feast she realised that the opening of her little patisserie the following day would be a happy & busy one

Good morning dear Friends

I hope that you are all well.

In my celebration of Autumn on Regent St, time has come to bring the joy of the season to Mrs Applepie's little patisserie.

Thos of you who have known my creations since the beginning know how much I love my little Mrs Applepie, patissiere extraordinaire who is always happy to bake a feast for her friends.

Autumn was settling on Regent St with cooler and shorter days but a bright sunshine and after spending the week-end perfecting her Autumn culinary delights Mrs Applepie was finally ready to open her little patisserie.

With the help of the Victorian street children and under the vigilant eye of Rupert the cat, the Autumn decoration started with colourful leaves garlands and a beautiful front door garland made of leaves, candy apples, grapes, mini pumpkins and slices of pumpkin pie topped with cream, straw and orange & white bows.

Mrs Applepie was so happy with the decoration of her little patisserie that she prepared a feast of delights for the children to take home as a thank you

Happy autumn to all !

Good evening dear Friends

I hope that you are all well.

Although the weather did not meet our expectations here in London, I love celebrating the seasons on my little Regent St diorama especially autumn with its warm & colourful shades.

I invite you to discover a few cheerful pictures of my little Victorians enjoying autumn and its harvests :
