I like the figures with just black eyes and black smile like the children
figures.  The white/black eyes look to "vaudeville".  I wrote to Playmobil
when they first came out years ago , but it seems they like the "beady"
eyes.   :2c:

Actually, I believe that the ones with the white-eyes aren't older.
The first ones I can remember were with the Pirateship (3550) and the acrobats (3512) from 1978.

Pretty early!

Can't find dates for the creepy face though.

i know that too i've never seen it in the playmobil boxes !!!!!!! perhaps the white eyes were easily made than the others that's why antex and lyra used them!!!!!

:lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: don't take it so seriously they try to make the translation as quiqu as they can and make it attractive to children zoulu or massai which sounds better for children ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Hmmm haven't thought of it that way... it would be more possible for children to know zulu rather than masai...
