Thanks for the positive comments everyone - I hope to do more reviews in the future (preferably of Playmobil you can still buy!) ;D

Must be quite old ... late 70s perhaps ??? :)

That is what I would guess but i'm not entirely sure as there is very limited information on these items but the case does look very old so it could well be :)

Thanks for the very impressive item & review, Damo! Do you know if it originally came with any Klicky's, or was available empty, so you could outfit it with ones of your choice ????

It would pressume they came empty but I could be wrong :-\

99p, What a bargain.

It also looks in very good condition, I bought one years ago full of spare parts from Belgium but I believe they did come empty and also in orange.

You can see the cases in the 3rd edition of the Playmo collector page 573, the one I would really like is the western one.

An unusal item to review and done so well.  :)

Thanks Garry :)
I have never seen one of these before (only in the book) so interesting that you have one too. Mine is in reasonable condition - there is a small hole in the front perspex, and a little damage to the corners of the trays. It got ever so slightly crumped in the post because tht ebay seller just wrapped brown paper around it and just stuck it in the post >:(

Not that I'm aware of. Although none of Playmobil's merchandise seems to have a number :-\

There are 7 cases in the 3rd edition and they don't have numbers.

It is possible that the number 3298 given for the case in the 1st book was an error and has been corrected for the other 2 edition's.
