Yes.  His hat moves before his body.  Still pretty cool though.

I'm using Firefox on a Macintosh and the hat and body move together perfectly!

Wonder why y'all are having problems?

it is a movie in Flash , maybe that helps

I started with a stop motion photoshoot
then every shot was drawn by hand on the computer with Illustrator

with FlahMX I builded the movie picture by picture
