So, after a few days of endless anticipation (and now 130 euros less in my pocket...) I finally received the mint in unopened box the 3627 Merry Men's Feast!!! This is a mint conditon box people!!! No scratches, no discoloration, no marks, nothing (well maybe very small hardly noticable ones)!!! It arrived so safely!!! Great ebay seller!!

The truth is this is a big box, I 've never thought of it being so big (not very big but big considering what t has inside...) here is another view...

And of course to lovely pictures on the top!!!

I am planning never to open the box...(and what is the purpose of being unopened you might ask and not set them up for you to see the contents...)

I already have the knight, friar tuck, the red and yellow forestmen, the green and orange lady

The barrel, as well as the barmaid are on their way...I have loads of tables and benches from other sets, beer mugs and even a mallet for the barrel!!! I am only missing the barman (being on the lookout for him on ebay) and I will use the oak tree from the 4207 as substitute (I think its the same tree btw)

So i can have them on dislpay and keep the boxed set either as a future investment, or just the thrill of having this set boxed!!!

WOW!! Awesome buy WK! and thanks for showing us. It must be hard to resist, but not opening the box might be smarter indeed!

Congratulations Wolf Knight, I was also amazed at the size of the box when I won one on ebay recently.
I don't think I could keep it unopened - even though I already have all the pieces I would want to add them to my scenes.  :-[

Yours was a disguised cowboy set Elaine!!!     and much cheaper!!! I only like to display items once.I treat my klickies as unique individuals and since these chaps and lasses are, in my eyes, unique, there is no need to display them in great numbers..i'd prefer to do variations of them....
