A great review, Richard; thank you.

Thank you for your nice compliment, Gordon!

I'm sure that you know by now what a sucker I am for Playmobil's prop planes ...

Sort of reminds me of someone I know and his Playmobil fire engines ...  ;D

Thanks for the compliments and thanks for the info on the molded connectors, Flatcat!
(I just couldn't remember and I was about to go to Heather's DB to see if I could find out.)

All the best,
Richard

Excellent review, Richard! I've always liked this pontoon plane version, & I also really like the newer seaplane versions too!
Forget about all of the other stuff,....all we need is the reintroduction of the 3526 Fire Engine!

My pleasure, Richard.  I must say that I find the prop planes very attractive, especially the little biplane.

Just noticed this on eBay but I don't think it is what it says and even the seller seems unsure:

I saw that too Playmofire, definatly not Playmo so guessing it is from some kids TV show or something.

The Playmobil prop planes are awesome :inlove:

Great review of a great seaplane Richard!

This isn't really my theme either, but I got one of the original 3866 planes (second hand off eBay) because it's such a classic design, and so useful for those trips into the jungles of the Amazon basin.
