This is just huge. Impressive as everybody says. If I may just say one thing: this is all too neat and square, like a military review. It lacks life and disorder. Maybe with the townsfolks it will be more realistic…

i know... i know.... just no space to put them more loose .... but the townfolk will be far more realistic ..if uou  look back in this thread you will see some pictures of the townfalk , the shops , the carriages etc  all look more realistic... just need another 50% f this castle for the barracks and royal quarters, i need more steck really , much more !!!! when i receive the knight you created Sir Arnaud I shall take a picture of him departing the city and all knights on horses and the king standing and saluting him !!!!!!!   ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

George: you don´t need more steck. more steck will bring you more in the trouble to build higher walls and higher houses and so on. i feel the same like arnaud - it is too symetrical ( sorry when this word is wrong ) your castle looks like build in one day. perfect ? yes - maybe but the "not perfect" things make a town / castle look natural. it´s nice to have 5 jousting sets acurate but why not make one with many different knights etc.... :wave:

 :no: :no: :no: :no: :no: :no:

I do Sir. Next set up will be in a different room and will have at least more 50% surface for the castle so its not so filled with klickies , especially the barracks..... i wont build higher walls , i think this height is realistic .... :wave:

George, I agree with Cowbounga and Skywalker;
it would look more realistic to build not so much in a square, and to have more angles within the city-walls. For fortresses or castles within the city, building more in the hight might look nice. Just a suggestion...

Its all very good ideas and much appreciated , i have spent so much time setting all this up i doubt i will make any manor changes now in this set up as i still have so much more to set ( about 55% of my emdiaval collection is set so far ) , i will take all this constructive feedback for my next medieval set up in late 2012 which is goign to be at least 50% bigger , god i am gonna buy so much more steck in 2012  :loco: :loco: :loco: :loco: :loco: :loco: :loco:
