« on: February 04, 2010, 16:16:40 »
I mentioned this in the looong thread about new sets, but I thought it was worthy of a new topic as well!

From Playmobil.de (the German Playmobil website:)
new stuff for 2010 animated film and calendar of new releases

Also, the Playmobil USA website has the new 2010 catalog online:  Playmobil USA online 2010 catalog]

It seems like an abstract version of Mission Impossible or James Bond 8-)! I personally don't like this new theme, & I think that the founder of Playmobil would not approve of it either !

Forget about all of the other stuff,....all we need is the reintroduction of the 3526 Fire Engine!

It doesn't look that bad and I believe it it what kids want to play with. Playmobil enters the 21 Century and they are doing a good job even though it is not my thing.

Btw - Have you seen the new online catalogue already?

Hi  8}

As much as I really like this promo it is really hard to watch. I really can not stand this type of editing. It is full of visual and sound bites of maybe 2 seconds  8} It kind of gives me a headache to watch. Too much info in too short of a span. I do not play video games anymore and have a hard time watching TV & movies for this same reason. I know this is meant for a TV ad but since this is on Playmobil's site they could have stretched it out and actually made it longer and more enjoyable to watch. If it was more like a well edited short movie it certainly would attract more potential customers interests.

I like this new theme and will be getting all of it and I have a feeling doubles of a lot of them and then DS for more.

Thanks for the Link to the AD

If you hear the sound of the bell which will tell you that Grigori has been killed, if it was your relations who have wrought my death, then no one in the family will remain alive. They will be killed by the Russian people. :prays:

Thanks, Michael! I had not seen the new catalog.

The cover is beautiful. And, the number of sets that Playmobil is offering is incredible. This is a big catalog with a HUGE variety of Playmobil!

Thanks again and all the best,
Richard

I seldom disagree with Ras ...

Rasputin "The Mad Monk"

But, in this case, I disagree. I thoroughly enjoyed the animated film!

Thanks again and all the best,
