Then one day they will turn a covetous eye to "old" Uncle Martin and his collection and the wheels will begin to turn!  >:D bwahaaa  >:D

Gepetto

 some day this will happen to all of us who collect. It will be "Old" collector X who has eyes burning in the back of their head
If you hear the sound of the bell which will tell you that Grigori has been killed, if it was your relations who have wrought my death, then no one in the family will remain alive. They will be killed by the Russian people. :prays:

HI Bill

I think I would stay out of that contest, I want to live forever with just a few less than Richard or Mac Gayver  ;)

Bill, when you win, any one of us would be more than happy to keep your toys for you. You can have them when you come back ...  ;D

I don't think that I'll enter that contest either, Ras ... I would really hate to burden my family with the awful responsibility of getting rid of my Playmobil/LGB collection ... 0)

Martin ...

It appears that you may have started your nephew Barney on the road toward an incurable addiction ...

He'll love you for it! ...  :inlove:

Hi Martin

And do not forget that if he does not like his Playmobil I am sure we could come up with a few buyers in here to help fund any other addiction he may grow.

Richard,

You know your collection always has the reverse mortgage potential over here  ;)

Hmmm ...

Ras, does that mean that you (and maybe many of the Playmofriends) would buy my entire collection? And, that I could continue to play with it as long as I live? And, then when I pass over to the "other side" (wherever that is), y'all would have already removed my family's horrible "burden" of having to dispose of my entire Playmobil/LGB collection?

Sounds like a great idea, Ras. However, I suspect that all the money that I might make would probably have to go to paying off my bodyguards ...
