My very small collection
« on: December 29, 2009, 05:28:24 »
Here is the almost totality of my 2-3 weeks old collection. I can't wait to get more!! Too many ideas, too little money. lol

I like the nature / animals theme... and it was the only house I could afford that was available at my local store.

Lovely set up!  :love:

You can treasure this moment, it may be the last time you can show off all your Playmobil at one time!  ;)

Now what we'd really like is a story to introduce the characters on the farm.  ;D

Hi Feather  :elf:

   Thanks for sharing your first pictures of your new sets. I would have to agree with Martin that you will want to remember & cherish this moment as not only can you fit it in one picture but also it is all nice a neat on one table. If you keep up collecting you could soon be joyfully over run with the best toy in the world.

cozy farm, feather, i like how you have the greenhouse adjoining the main house.  i suspect your klickies will need to start most of their plants in the greenhouse to extend the growing season in quebec.

Very nice collection to start with feather  :wow:! I have always been interested in the forest lodge, & now I may need to start looking for that set,...darn it  8}! As stated by others, consider yourself fortunate currently to be able to see your complete collection at one time without needing to exchange the displays  :yup:!

Thanks for nice comments.

I suppose you guys are right. My collection did not take over the house yet. I can go in the spare room and have some quiet time playing with klickies without my Fiance or cats walking all over them lol.

But I can't stop myself! While I was putting this scene together, I was already trying to figure out how to make a bigger "ground" area for when I get more trees and more animals ... and then oooh what if there is a small village nearby..... and then..... Oooooooh what if the village has a cute main street with all sorts of shops... and then...... Oooooooooooh what if there is a secret wooden area with secret fairies that no one knows about!! And then..... Ooooooooooooh...... myyyyyy goddddddd I'm going to ruin myself LOL

I've got the klicky fever.

Off to a great start. That's a nice set, especially since you get the big tree that doesn't show up all that often. As the others said, it's the last time you will ever be able to fit it all into one shot. We know from experience  8}

Look out, & hang on  :0! You've started on a fun collectors ride  :love:! Wait until you find yourself scouring eBay for hours, days even, desperately looking for that missing piece or set  :lens:! Planning, searching, doing what ever you can possibly do to acquire your next additional set to enhance your ever growing collection! Just wait until you start getting "the look" from your significant other while saying "don't you have several, or too many of those already, what's wrong with you  :hmm:?" Believe me, my wife started out supportive, she even bought me PM for special occasions, Christmas, anniversaries, birthdays, etc.! Now, she just shakes her head  :no:! Some words of advise, make sure you find a very roomy place to live with many walls for display shelves, rooms for play time set up, temperature controlled storage areas, be sure to keep all of the boxes, instructions, & product catalogs  :yup:!
