The above pictures are of the collection of parts from on going tear downs for existing 3526, & 3525 projects.

Great photo tutorial Rasputin! Using clothespins as wedges is a great idea, I had been using plastic leveling shims because they are thinner but the clothespins are smoother, thanks for posting this.


Bill - Thanks for the pictures of your parts boxes, I am always curious how people store their 'excess' inventories, I can't decide whether to keep my extra klickies together like cordwood or to break them down into their component parts and store them that way.

I too like to see other peoples storage systems . We had a discussion about it and I remember Martin M's "really great boxes" but $$$, so I chose the cheep-o Target route . Steralite's were on sale for $1.99 small and $2.99 medium . I guess they are called plastic shoe boxes . for the small parts I again went with Target for $15 mini drawers

My parts boxes are hopefully only temporary until I've got all of my 3526, & 3525 projects completed  :lol:!
