Very nice indeed !!!

Any idea of what will happen to the damzel in distress  ?

Karim ;)

Why yes actually, she is quite well and even posed for a picture for you

Here are the medics... a simple paint job of blue and a silver stripe added (afterwards I found my silver paint marker so they may be getting their backs repainted and "EMS" written more neatly)

I'm glad that I'm not the only one :)

As for the firefighters, as I get more figures I will be painting them to match and will also do some more customizing to the helmets as well.

Here's the "Chief" in the white helmet

I am disappointed in the fact that the females cannot wear the mask easily.

Here's another one of the firefighters

And a group shot

Like I stated before I think I found a better technique to use the next time (and hopefully my shoulder will be a little more healed to allow for more control (I had shoulder surgery a few months back and I'm still recovering) or at least I'll find some way to have more control as it is hard painting small details.)

I wish you a speedy recovery.  I've had shoulder surgery before.  I think the worst part was the physical therapy.  Very painful.

Oh yeah.  I don't recommend it to anyone.  Seriously if it weren't for the fact that I couldn't use my shoulder I'd have never had it done.  I don't mind the physical therapy, and the pain comes and goes now.  It's been the being off 6 months part that is the most annoying.

Hope your shoulder soon settles down and gives you back the freedom you're currently missing, and thank you for the extra photos.  It sure is delicate work, not something I'd attempt myself!

An alternative to painting the stripes is to use tape, either electrician's tape or the tape for lining out on cars, or you can buy tape of different widths on a single roll from hobby shops.  Another alternative is decal stripes cut to length.
