Speaking of different colour hair, I just got a 4662 "Mother with baby boy in carrier" Special, and the mother's hair is a colour I've never seen anywhere else; It's a kind of toffee- or fudge-colour.

Has this hair colour been used elsewhere? It'd make a nice change from the regular brown that so many figures have.

I really like that wig too. :yup:
I'm pretty certain it's the same colour as the loose pony-tail style which comes in the Beauty Salon set (4413). :)

The best thing is you can order it separately because the part number came on the instruction sheet:

There might be other styles in that colour, but I haven't noticed them yet.

You mean the one eyed pirate (4662)?
I think it's the 4668 set  ;)
Indeed it is the same color than the other wig from the hair saloon - I compared it.
And you're both right, it's a really harmonic and warm color tone; I like it also very much.

i have an older medical guy who has the same color hair, styled, no hat, and the style is different from the other no hat men's hair, with more waves in the bangs.  my medical guy has a white coat, with attached lapels, a painted breast pocket with something in it, and two painted side pockets, white pants and lovely light blue tie shoes (1992 on the sole).  sorry, i can't post a photo at the moment, although if you go back to the photos of my medical center, he is in the "blood bank" and up front in the radiology/xray unit.

Well spotted, Kaethe! :)

I think this must be the one:

Thank you, Betsy! :-*

Ooohh--maybe I should take a shot of the Inverness courthouse for my background...sadly we don't have a castle to call our own! lol!

Funny you should say this, Nicki. Our castle is now used as a courthouse too!
The current building is quite modern by comparison with other castles around the UK, dating back only to the 19th Century, but there have been other castles on or near the same site as early as the 11th century. They were all destroyed through battles over the centuries.

Ah, castles are one of the many things I miss about living in Europe!  I think I like your "courthouse" better than ours!  Though I have to admit that in the spring, before it gets too hot, this Inverness has a lot of appeal! :)

Thought it was time for a change. ;)
Anyone recognise this castle behind me? I left a little clue. ;D
