!!!

I hope that you are well !!! I missed not having the time to pay my daily visit to Playmofriends...

Forgive me for being very quiet over the past 2 weeks but I have been madly busy at work...

But working hard is sometimes rewarded as my Holiday Inn has received THE award for Quality Excellence of the EMEA zone which represents Europe Middle East Africa all Holiday Inn properties !!! We are all over the moon !!!

My Victorian project is definitely on my agenda too and my visit to Miniatura in Birmingham was as exciting as it was inspirational...

I am working on the final details of preparation of my landscape to suuround the Victorian Mansion with a busy Victorian road - of the 5th avenue or Hyde Park type - with gardens, trees and a summer pavillion on a lake...

Quite a big project but it is all in the details and preparation is essential...

In the meantime, let me share with you a wonderful little gem on a wedding that start in a very traditional way and kind of speed up in our hectic modern world fashion :

Congratulations to you and your staff on your award, I am sure that is quite an honor considering the size of the territory it covers!

That video was hilarious, the dream and the reality! The person/people responsible sure had access to a tremendous amount of Playmobil! I cannot believe how large some collections are (and how small and insignificant mine seems to be

). Thank you for sharing the link with us.

I appreciate how busy you are but I wonder if you could share some of your process in developing one of your dioramas with us. The process is painstaking I know but do you storyboard the whole project or start with the room, or house or landscape? Do you lay out the rooms and then hunt for items to fill them or work from inventory and backfill? Any insight into the inner workings of creating your masterpieces would be greatly appreciated and warmly received. Thank you Karim.

Well Gepetto, what a coincidence !!!

One of my customers in the Netherlands has asked me over and over again to release one more auction on Ebay as she knows my landscaping project will be time consuming and I have obliged with an Easter themed Set.

I have posted a picture I took just minutes ago in the photos section but will definitely go through the process of making it later on.
