and where would your atlantis be located richard?  ???
if you are hoping for an ancient greek theme also i guess you would be inclined to a "conservative" location (near the straight of gibraltar).  ;)
an ancient greek theme would also enable you to start a photo story with socrates, timaeus, hermocrates and crytias discussing atlantis.  :yup:

Aw, a few years wait on this, Richard?  :o  Ah, well... I am certain your finished diorama will be well worth the wait. :yup:

I really love tales of lost cities and civilizations so seeing a Playmobil version of Atlantis will be very exciting for me.  It's a shame, it would be an awesome theme for Playmobil to produce but I'm glad you've been able to collect good pieces for your custom diorama from the merpeople and Roman sets.  This is going to be great!  :D

Great ideas, Cachalote !!!

One of the Atlantis theories locates the Ancient continent somewhere near the Caribbean. (Maybe within the Bermuda triangle?)

Regardless, this will be an "on Location" photo expedition much like the Dinos on Location expedition that we conducted back in July of 2008!

We're hoping that this will be a really exciting event for all of the members of Playmofriends!

Any volunteers?

All the best,
Richard

Adrian ... My apologies for a bit of "thread-jacking" ...  :-[

Your diorama is so well executed, that it just got me going ...  ;D

I'm sure that your technique is going to be very influential in our presentation of the "Atlantis on Location" photo expedition!

Thank you very much.

All the best,
Richard
