Ah, these pictures, I love them!  The idea is genius townklicky!  This is actually the thread that finally prompted me to join this site and pay the membership fee.  I read all the comments saying how great the pictures and idea was and I just couldn't stand not being able to see them for myself.  ;D

Now I finally have an account and I'm very happy to have joined.  :)

Hi

Maybe we should all make our pictures attachments. My pictures are visible to all and does not help to bring in the members  :eh?: I just started to do it through a hosting site from not wanting to change the resolution.  Even the pictures from El Jefe's recommended speech bubble site ( :wow: thank you by the way ) changed the resolution enough to make the picture a bit blurry.

I think you have a good idea Rasputin, Richard commented on this a while back in that some people just graze the site taking photos. I notice also that if you go back into the archives some photos are no longer available because they were hosted elsewhere and the link is no longer good. The photos are a 'value-added' item.

For years, I've been collecting Playmobil that could be used for an Atlantis theme and a 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea theme. Finally, with the release of the latest merpeople, as well as the Roman and Egyptian themes, there seem to be enough parts now available to create a Playmobil Ancient Atlantis theme. There are also almost enough Playmobil parts to create a 20,000 Leagues theme.

Thanks to so many of our wonderful and helpful members here at Playmofriends, I now have plenty of really good ideas for photographing an underwater Atlantis theme.

The next step is to gather up the Canada portion of my Playmobil collection and to buy a few of the new sets.

I was hoping that Geobra would make a Playmobil Atlantis theme, but that doesn't seem to be in their plans. I was also hoping that Geobra would produce a Playmobil Ancient Greek theme, but that doesn't seem to be in their plans either.

However, by the time I've gathered everything together, Geobra may surprise all of us. Especially now, since Lego has released their horrible "Atlantis" theme!

And, Geobra may even surprise all of us with a Playmobil Greek theme. After all, whoever expected that Geobra would make a Roman theme and a Greek theme?

Fortunately you are young, SubaruWolf! Let's also hope that you have enough patience to wait a few years for me to put it all together ...  :klickygrin:
