Hello Bill,

Thank you for sharing these with us, they really are an inspiration. I am amazed that you can achieve so much without using glue and paint. I have found by browsing other websites in the past that some people who don't use glue or paint to make things tend to over compensate for this. I think you have got the balance just right Bill. First and foremost you seem to be able to seek out just the right parts for the job. Then you combine these parts to make something that 'Playmobil' would produce. I can only imagine what you would come up with if you looked into it further and like a few of us here at Playmofriends started using glue, paint and tools to make your own Playmobil parts. Obviously when you look into it further there is a time and place for gluing, cutting or painting. The rule of thumb for any customising is if your making something and you don't need to glue, paint or cut to then don't.
I think there is a great talent waiting to be unleashed, you allready have the foundations in place Bill. All you need to do is find a project and take the plunge. Perhaps you could start off by making that Heavy Rescue truck for all those tools I have waiting for you ;D.

Kindest regards  Tim

Thank's again Tim for your positive reinforcement! I have admired the customs everyone else has accomplished, but find I don't have the nerve to do the extreme procedures needed to accomplish a similar feat! I came across your Heavy Rescue Tender the other day, & was amazed! I really liked the rear generator panel with the holes, & decals. Along with your custom construction vehicles, custom rescue tools, & other customs, they are as you say "spot on"  ;D!
