I just checked it: On the PC-ROM there is some Playmobil interactive stuff (mentioned on the PC-ROM back-package seen above) in German:

  • The Game from the Nil (I think this is also available on their Web site, but I'm note sure)
  • Hieroglyph translator
  • Preview: The magic key (animation film also shown on their Web site; somebody posted I link here in the forum)
  • Playmobil booklet: Big Knowledge about the egyptians
  • Egyptian experts quiz (certificate for sucessful answering see below)
  • Egyptian color sheet (cf. below)

The PC-ROM starts without any installation directly with an egyptian scenery (cf. screenshot below) from which you can navigate to the single topics. The scenery is quite nice because it's in several layers so when moving the mouse around the scenery is scrolling from left to right (and vica versa) with a certain 3D effect (because the layers a moving in different speed).

On the CD-ROM there is radio play about a boy and his favourite Playmobil figures ... so nothing to see just to hear. Length is about 17 minutes (currently I've heard about 6 minutes during I write this).

mmm - I wouldn't mind owning one.
BTW - did you listen to entire radioplay? Was it enjoyable?

Not the complete one but about 3/4. Difficult to say if it was enjoyable ... it is actually for younger children ...
