Bill when you place your order you can request an "Order Confirmation" it has the individual prices . The document they send normally is only a "Delivery Note" and only has the order info not prices . When you place the order just ask them to include it or if they forget just call back and they will gladly mail it out .

You are probable on hold for ever do to people like me who have 8 excell pages of #'s im trying to order. I can be on the phone with them for over an hour  :-[
If you hear the sound of the bell which will tell you that Grigori has been killed, if it was your relations who have wrought my death, then no one in the family will remain alive. They will be killed by the Russian people. :prays:

Thank you Rasputin, for the info  ;D! Does the "Order confirmation" have the actual invoice price total that reflects the refined order of what they send you ???? BTW so you are the culprit that keeps me on hold wasting my cell phone minutes :hmm:! Let me know when you are going to place an order so I can call the day before so there will be items still in stock  :evilplan:!

Bill the

 "Delivery Note" only has -Ordered Quantity-Please Reorder-Shipped Quantity- Packed Quantity - box/container, then shipping weight, address, delivery #, etc.....

 The "Order Confirmation" has Quantiy-Unit Price- Amout-Total Amount, etc.....

If i get to a scanner i will post a few examples .

Cell phone, You must really trust your phone and service . I could just imagine being an hour into the call and I get disconnected and have to start all over  8}

The US parts does allow you to fax or email the lists but in my experience it takes a day or more to get a response . I prefer to call it in, in case i  have alternative #'s that i can use on the spot . I usually have Heaters site open to confirm #'s and to check on mistakes while the order is happening .

Hi Rasputin!

I see what you mean about the delivery note versus order confirmation ;D! Thanks for the help :)9! I have been ordering "parts" from DS for nearly 10 years, & no one ever said anything about there being a second choice  ???! BTW, I have very good luck with my phone service :yup:! Besides, my orders usually aren't 8 pages long, or take 1 hour to call in  :P! But like you, I would rather call my orders in, so let me know a day ahead of when you are going to do yours  ;)!
