It's great to see these Egyptians en masse, not just in Playmobil's pictures I think there's a lot of scope for customisation, and a lot of these figures would make great slaves and civilians for the Roman theme. I don't see an female bodies there, I've forgotten, are there none in the new sets? If so, I may have to stock up a few more Cleopatras.

The archer with the naked upper body would be a great slave in loincloth with his shoulder piece removed. The new turbans look very useful too for customising various arab klickies.

The new egyptian sword and other weapons look great - but isn't your klicky with the shield holding it upside down?

Nice Macgayver! Very nice indeed.
I am currently awaiting delivery of my sets - can't wait to open them

On a side note - I see that you're using some sort of rock with stairs as a background. What is it actually?

Found the background on a fancyfair for 1 euro last summer

have no idea where it comes from original
we looked and nothing is written on it

it had some cheap plastic walls and palmtrees with the same size to put a playmotree in

Very impressive, Michael.   The stairs do look quite Playmobilish and go well.

There are. At least two, I think, but I only remember the civilian one, which comes with the desert Egytian house. And I think there's one noble, in one of the sets. (But 'have to go check it out ...)
