Thanks for the information, Tomplay and socrates.  I'll get them into the database shortly.  If anyone picks them up, please pass along plans (or notice of no plans included, for the small ones).  I see that the pig-boy is quite old: he's the farmer's son in
3735 - Harvest Cart (thanks to playmofool for the closer look), a set from 1992.  The other figures in the small sets are newer, but, I'm pretty sure, previously-issued as well.  The 4055 farmer, by the looks of it, is the one in 4179 - Farmer Carrying Case, so now we'll find out his number, and perhaps numbers for the new tools in that set too.

Thanks for the photos, Jochen.  I take it you've been shopping!  It's certainly a massive set, an entire farm down to pretty much the last detail.

I like the new design of farmhouse.

It's really a massive set and actually remembered first of your pic with your wife (?) holding the large THW set you bought recently when I saw the farm set first time in the store.

Yes, and actually the farmhouse design was the reason I bought this set (and the included barn/garage). Because one thing I always criticize with the 4490 large farmhouse was that it actually is not a farmhouse but a large barn -- where should the farmer and his wife live in there? With the 4055 a really countryside farm building went out. So quite a cool addition to my modern theme collection.

&, however, there's a lot more of bits than a castle ...

They should do better castles! ...

There's a tree, with this one, and wlnderful pieces of furniture. Not to mention even vehicles! Wow!, this set is amazing! ... It gives me an itch ;D but ... well a castle first ::)
