there are still no pictures for the new 2008 "regular" sets but playmobilessen from klickywelt.de found out what the easter eggs will be like. :wow:
there is a blue egg with a knight.
a red egg with a pirate. ;)
a pink egg with a fairy.
and a yellow egg with a child and a quad (no picture yet).font]

That pirate is loaded with clobber!

The knight is a tad disappointing to me, nothing special there, except an new shield printing which would just give me another odd guy.

I really like the pirate egg! And Sirena of course thinks the fairy is very nice, and Merboy likes the knight. So I guess I will have to track down a few of each when they are available in the US.

looks like it'll just be the fairy for me...unless the child is really cool. i am not interested in the other two. probably a good thing as the 2008 novelty releases are going to bankrupt me enough :lol: 8}

How come the pirate's hands are pale while the rest of him is tan... looks like a bad customization.

i thought so ,too

But the shield button are not exact on the shield so there looks like a customizing ,too !

But the eggs are not printed , looks like all are prototyp pictures........... ;D

we will se if more pics come soon

The shield looks like a older version ! I like it very much !!  :love:

I haven't bought any Playmobil eggs for a few years, because the recent series haven't really impressed me enough to pay for the international shipping.

I'm miffed that distribution of these sets seem to be mostly in mainland Europe and the US. If they were readily available in the UK, I would have been able to keep my egg collection up to date without breaking the budget. :P

This year's knight and pirate figures look a little bit ordinary, but that fairy is lovely! Nice to see a completely new print design on the dress and not just another recycled figure. :yup:

I got the 2 new Easter specials that I wanted today the Knight and Pirate egg.

 The Pirate comes with a building plan, it shows you how to put the sash on then the hat and how to put the pistol in the sash in 3 separate stages.

With the plan you of course get part numbers and the number for the Pirate is 30 00 5122.

The knight is just like all the other previous eggs and comes without a plan.  :(

But no plan at the fairy egg !
