Great work, Marty.  Those teeshirts are really something.

Hello, Marty ...

How about some very detailed how-to instructions (with photos and where to buy materials), so that we can also have some tee shirt fun?

All the best,
Richard

Ok, no problem and first of all sorry for my poor english... No pictures are needed because it's very simple.
I buy this special paper in my local hobby shop and I supose it's available in other ones. If not, you can check on Ebay. In the beginning I bought it in the USA and it's about $ 2.-/sheet.
Two versions are available:
  • For ink printers but you need a special product in spray to protect the decal sheet before being able to use it on the model
  • For laser printers. I use this one because you don't need the spray. You can use your decals just after printing. If no color laser printer available you can print on photo paper with you ink printer and go to your copy shop and ask they use your paper for the copy.
After all that cut your designs and plunges in water during 30 seconds. Slides the decal into the surface and leave it to dry. You can varnish it with a semigloss coat for a strong protection. I use Micro Set to adapt the decals on irregular surfaces.
And that's all ;)

That's very cool stuff... Thank you so much for sharing...  :D

The decal-sheets are quite expensive here... I found an offer of about 12€ for two sheets... :hmm:
...but maybe I just did not found the right store...

So far, we customized the tee's just with ordinary printer labels...
but tatoo-decals are definitely a MUST.  :yup:

How are you filling up the sheets? you must have a million labels on spare now?!
 :o

best,
socrates
