Flag, Drum, Window Templates

I would like to add custom flags, drum skins and windows to my custom projects. 
Would gladly pay compensation for the appropriate stickers, or better yet, the templates useable on microsoft paint or similiar program.
Would appreciate any help with the project or helping put me in contact with someone who can help.

The drum is a rectangle with a couple of notches either end to go around the handle. Cut a strip of paper the right width, attach to the drum with a bit of sticky tape and where the strip meets the handle use a hobby knife to cut the paper to fit. Once you have your template you can print off any design. Place the template over the printed design to mark off where to cut then glue on your drum.
