Rembrandt is indeed a tough one, he doesn't have a distinct "image" in the popular mind, or rather, his distinct image is pretty much his face, which of course can't be done in klicky form. There are no typical clothes he is known by. Compare to the Duerer klicky, from the very distinctive self portrait. Oh well, nice to have anyway and another advance for cultural sets!
Van Gogh easier to do, with his red beard and usually a hat. They picked a nice painting to do. Compare to the Planeta series Van Gogh from not too long ago (not sure about those boots):
