So, I suppose I'm quite late, but I finally watched all of the episodes that have been released so far. As of today, that means up to Episode 26. I'm not sure whether this (or slightly before it) is meant to be the end of the second season, but it seems to have flowed right into the next plotline with the introduction of the Violet Vale and Timithor's apprentices.
And, well, overall I think the series is really cool. Great job collectobart and everyone else who worked on this!
It has a lot of fantastic characters, and, while the theme is definitely not as simple as the old Magic and Knights themes, I think it blends the fantasy elements together really nicely. Some of the more modern things (like some of Dario's inventions) can be a bit strange in the setting, but they don't detract from the story. I would really like to have the series on DVD or BD, but I expect that there won't be any official releases with the popularity of streaming (and unpopularity of disc media) now.
I agree with many of you that the classic Playmobil look is really well done in all of the characters and settings. A set with just all of the background characters that show up would be excellent; some of them would be nice for any Medieval setting!
Just watched the most recent episode, and know I need a Flinton Spark figure in his original costume. How did they do sets to this series and not include him? Musical number wss ok but not quite catchy enough.
I agree! How was he not included in a set? That is pretty surprising, but I suppose not as surprising as that random song in Episode 18!
