Out of curiosity, and since I'm new… which sets are you thinking of? I saw the big hubbub about the former slave on the pirate ship. Is there some other controversial stuff? (What's considered controversial is probably a lot different from one country to another, too, I suppose. Although slavery has been outlawed in the US for 150+ years, it's a very taboo subject here, whereas naziism is considered more of an historical thing here, and swastikas are commonly depicted in films, books, toys, and games.)

To me the worse offenders are religious propaganda. Completely unfit for children (besides everyone else). Though included there is the annual peasant source. At least I THINK they don't include the dreadful booklet anymore. I hope.

As to the "former slave" controversy, just some idiot looking for her 15 mikes of fame. Didn't even get the guy's playmocolor right. Gah.

There's also the gladiator sets. They're really cool, but it's also kind of funny that they make children's toys about guys fighting each other to the death for entertainment, and they include a lion to eat them too.

If you look at it that way.. cowboys and indians? Pirates, seriously? And all the medieval warriors...

Still.. nothing compared to those others.. imo.

Not sure if I should continue with items for Heather in this thread, or in the new Playmo Research Dept. sub-board?  For now, I will post this information here as it seems to go along with the rest of this thread.  Please feel free to move this, as needed.

First, some set box codes:
FS102/5506/3092050/05.90
FS104/5350/3092033/05.90
FS058/5360/3092036/04.90
FS105/5340/3092032/10.90
FS111/5404/3092038/04.91
FS103/5551/3092051/02.91
FS108/5315/3094597/08.99
D8502  (this one from set 5503 didn't have the longer code anywhere that I could see)

Also, a sticker from set 5404 which doesn't have an image in Playmodb:

Very nice stickers! Thanks Indianna!
At that moment the ship suddenly stopped rocking and swaying, the engine pitch settled down to a gentle hum. 'Hey Ford.' said Zaphod, 'that sounds good. Have you worked out the controls on this boat?' 'No,' said Ford, 'I just stopped fiddling with them.' (With thanks to Douglas Adams)

Super -much appreciated, Indianna. (I only was able to find out for sure that the 5404parts WERE stickered and not printed, a little while ago, but couldn't get any more info.) Do those Victorian boxes have hangtabs, or are they plain? If you happen to have the dimensions I'll get them from you later.

As for the thread: The original request has long been subsumed, although by very useful and interesting stuff (to those with high nerd-meter readings). If a mod wanted to split this into the Research folder that'd be fine.

Still looking for plans for the following. 9522 - Pirates Playset has been submitted, but since then I've turned up 70219 - PLAYMOBIL-FunPark Aufklapp-Ferienhaus and 9518 - Firefighting Operation in the Forest (a combo of 5616 - Fire Terrain Truck and 5617 - Forest fire helicopter).

Instructions needed, 2019-03-25 THANKS EVERYONE!

Correction:  I now realize that "D8502" is not a set box code and is more likely some sort of German postal code  ::) but I still don't see a set box code anywhere on 5503.  :eh?:
