They look very neat, as one would expect of  master.

here's how I've fitted them;
the 'porter' is actually the lowest rank soldier probably only useful for a skirmish using those very long spears like those in the medieval armies....the flags are held open by their black shellac poles.

anyone can guess which part their hat veils come from?

Uhm... you must - they are white (afaik), and were very popular in the old arab sets... Then had a (red?) "ring" on top..
