Yes and No, all my paternal ancestors are from there, or Wales.  Very surprisingly but very consistently.  There's a large population of Manx in Ohio and Philadelphia so I guess it makes sense.  We'very all been there and on my first day going to the church my first ancestors immigrated from I met a couple, the first people I met and the gentleman was a direct blood relative!  They proceeded to take me around the island introducing me to even more direct relatives!  How crazy is that?
