Der Gleisplan wurde mit OpenOffice Draw erstellt - I've utilised OpenOffice Draw to sketch my layout.

Am Wochenende ging's ein wenig weiter:

Zunächst wurden Strippen gezogen und zwei Weichenpulte an Dachlatten auf Augenhöhe montiert.


Wires and switches to operate a first 10 sets of points are installed now.

Ein wunderschöner Zug: Der VT98 von Piko. Und er paßt am Schüsselpfosten vorbei.


Pikos VT98 - simply nice. And it passes that pole wihout any problems.

Ja. Es ist immer noch die "Pfarramtlich Fränkische Garteneinsenbahn" (Pf.F.G.B.) - und im Prinzip fährt sie ja nach wie vor im Pfarrgarten - nur halt hoch oben unter Dach  . It's still good old "Pfarramtlich Fränkische Garteneisenbahn" (by the means of " Franconian Rectory Garden Railway") - and technically spoken it's still running in our parsonage's garden; just roofed and a few floors closer to heavens  ).

Eine neue Lok für den Dachboden. Optisch gar nicht mal so übel. Schade, daß die Techniker ihren Part verbockt haben. Die Lok fährt im langsamsten Gang fast so schnell, wie meine Züge im Schnitt  .

Engines' meeting. Looking good, but unfortunately those Zirndorf technicians messed it up as they let that enginge go too fast (lowest gear makes it run nearly as fast as all my trains do at normal speed).

Well, the second one wasn't yours and the first is in some way correct.  You live in a rectory and there is the English noun "rectorial" meaning to do with or about a rector.  A rector in the UK now is a word usually used today for the head of university college and it is a post someone is elected to and this process would be called a rectorial election.   However, when describing something associated with the building called a rectory, such as the garden people would say the rectory garden.

In German, do adjectives come after the word they are describing?  If so, writing "rectorial Franconian" is simply following your usual practice and easily done.
