It isn't shown in the 3189 set on Datenbank-Setinhalt (neither in the set contents nor on the original box art); that could be an error on the part of the person (playmorache) who supplied the pictures there, but such an omission would be unusual. If it is a Famobil part, that would fit in with other parts produced for/by Famobil, Shaper, Lyra, Antex, Playpeople, etc. where the part differs from 'standard' Playmobil parts/ klickies from the same era.
