At our local toy shop. He's not listed on their website though, I just now looked.

There was also this boy:

in a similar plastic bag, with a couple of accessories; and another boy klicky available as well, though I didn't really look at him.  I just took the elf. It was the only one!

Must have been an old give away if it comes with a 2015 catalog and here we are almost going into 2017. Shame on all of you for not finding out about this elf back in 2015  ;D
