Nice to hear they are as good as they look, and priced nicely. Did you find them in the usual Playmobil section by the LEGOs? They are hang tag types and my local Targets have Playmo in an all shelf section.

Tim, despite the new style of packaging, I found these in exactly the same place as every other Target store I have been in... right where you described, beside the Lego.
