....errr, its just gibberish :P
I couldn't find any "H.M.S. XXXX" nor any words in german....so the word POLISH was to give the name some inclination (or 'leaning to'  :lol: ) to Germany

Hi cheng! A suitable wording could be "S.M.S. GEFION", a light cruiser which took part in the battle of Taku (SMS is the German abbreviation of HMS).

oh, thanks Bogol! I did surf around but didnt find anything. and "SMS"=HMS? I never knew that  :)

Die schauen gut aus. Wenn Du die Mützenbeschriftung änderst, könntest Du auch diesen Stern da wegmachen, der paßt nicht zur Deutschen Marine  8-). Great lads! When replacing the hats' inscripts you also could try to remove that star. It's not at all matching German marine uniforms  ;).

Instead of the star there would be a roundel, red point in the middle, followed by a white and finally a black circle. Here's a sample (third pic from top):
