That Oliver Schaffer reference is to the TV quiz show Kaum zu glauben! (Hard to believe!). Wikipedia has this to say about the show:
"Hard to believe! is a panel format quiz show that has been broadcast on NDR television since July 2014. In the show hosted by Kai Pflaume, a four-person panel tries to guess the amazing ability or story of a guest.
At the beginning of each guessing round, the moderator usually mentions the real name and origin or place of residence of a guest. This guest has an unusual job, has a strange hobby or has experienced a special event."
Apparently collecting PM is a strange hobby!
